Connecticut comes off three HUGE home wins but they still arent getting any respect based on this number. Eight USF turnovers last week certainly assisted the Bearcats and keep in mind Cincinnati had off the week before playing in Tampa last week. But before that, the Bearcats lost at Pittsburgh and at home to Louisville. The underdog is 4-0 SU and ATS in all Cincinnati Big East games this year. All the Huskies have done is gone perfect in conference play and on Saturday will be seeking their 7th consecutive ATS win. Nobody has scored more than 20 points on this team all season and that classifies them as a defensive dog in my book. UCONN QB Lorenzen has an 11-4 touchdown to interception ratio completing 59 percent and more importantly, simulates his team when it comes to not beating themselves with miscues. The Huskies are 4-0 ATS as an underdog this year and 3-0 ATS on the road. You just dont get a chance to take many undefeated conference teams in November as a puppy of more than a field goal with a defense that is #3 in the nation allowing 14 points per game. They held Teal, Grothe, and Brohm to an average of 17 points the last three weeks. I dont see Mauk lighting up this team either. Take Connecticut.
